Jeff's Bio:

     - NCCP Level 1 (certified)

     - Club Coach for 15 years, 13 years with FVVC

     - 6 Fraser Valley Championships, 4 Provincial Championships, 2 National Silver Medals

This age group for FVVC will be coached by Jeff Gamache, Gail Macadam and Mike Hamilton. This team will train 2x per week and compete in 4-5 tournaments, followed by the 14U regionals, provincials and nationals.  

The 14U age class focuses on total skill development, starts to specialize by position, and follows the Volleyball BC fair play rule.

Season of Play: Jan. 9-April 30

Practices:  2x/week  Tuesday 5-7pm at Fort Langley E Free Church and Wed at MEI 6:30-8:30

Tournaments:  TBC

     Mar 5   Spike League  Harry Jerome Sports Centre

     Apr 8/9   Fraser Valley Championships

     Apr 28-30  Provincials   Tradex, Abbotsford

     May 11-14   Nationals    Tradex, Abbotsford

Costs:  $680  includes all tournaments (including Nationals), VBC registration and insurance, coaching, equipment, facilities, uniform package. ** travel expenses are extra.
